Exchanges & Returns
At Mad Dog, we are proud or each and every product we make and making sure that you and your Mad Dogs are satisfied is our number one priority. If you or your Dog are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days for either a credit or refund. The product you are requesting the refund/return must be in resellable conditions to be eligible for a credit or refund.
To return an item we will need to see an original proof of purchase. You can drop this over to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Return shipping is not covered by Mad Dog. Typically Royal Mail, Second Class is the cheapest option. Once we receive the item you've returned, we'll issue your refund on the debit/credit card you originally paid for the product with. If you have more questions drop us an email at and one of our Crew will get back to you ASAP.
In most cases, you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product back to us. Typically Royal Mail, Second Class is the cheapest. In most case, the original shipping costs are not refunded.
In order to receive a refund you must return the old product back to Mad Dog at the registered address: Mad Dog Canine Clothing Limited, Rose Cottage, The Nant, Pentre Halkyn, Holywell, Flintshire, CH8 8BD.
As an environmentally company who uses the more sustainable fabrice, we pledge to recycle all returned products that are damaged to protect our world for all Mad Dogs.

The product must be delivered to us withn 30 days or purchase to be eligable for an exchange.
Once we receive the original product (s) and have checked they it is/they are in resellable condition we will send you a new product in the correct size. As your Mad Dog's comfortability is one of our core values, we will not charge you for the delivery on that particular occasion.
